Violated Rules of Proffessional Conduct
MEMPHIS, TN - A local attorney has been disbarred by Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court.
According to the Professional Responsibility, William Anthony Helm had at least 23 complaints of misconduct filed against him. Upon investigation of those complaints, the Board found that Helm violated the rules of misconduct by failing to appear or perform on behalf of clients, failing to refund fees to clients, misappropriating funds, abandoning his law practice, failing to withdraw and provide adequate notice to clients of his temporary suspension, and by failing to update in writing his address changes with the Board.
Helm was ordered to pay the costs of the disciplinary proceedings and he is not allowed to practice until his law license has been reinstated.

Here is yet another story that Thug Mudthews won't cover. And even if he did, what would Thug do??? What would Thug say???
It is really quite simple. Thug would play the 'blame game' and say that this attorney was set-up by the white man. Thug is nothing more than a racist pig who wants nothing more than to blame the white folk for his and his friends problems, when all they have to do is take a good long look in the mirror and they will see the true source of the problems here in Memphis.
Hey, Thug Mudthews, tell the 'truth', 'whitey' (no disrespect intended) is to blame for this, huh? Or maybe it was the MS13?

I agree..but this will receive about as much attention from Thud as when his buddy Javier "Hack" Bailey gets disbarred on Erik Sammis' complaint against him. Sammis has this asshole by the balls.

Let's all just hope that Javier the Hut gets disbarred as well. I am going to work on a petition to try to get Thug pulled off the radio.
By the way, Anti, I did not post any comments on it, but I read that 'story' you did on Ms. Ravenmoon, and I read the one she did on you as well. You do know that she was nice enough to delete it from her blog right? I was just hoping that you could (would) show her the same respect.
She is unaware of it right now, because of my 'blog name' but we know each other personally. And she is NOT what everyone is saying about her. She really is a very nice person, and I didn't even know that she was on this blog until I seen her blog site and the comments she has posted.
Anyway, thank you for giving her a second chance. She admires you for that.
